Being that I am apart of a very familiar organization on Fort Valley Campus I take it as a insult and a act of stupidity. In all honesty, I feel that there is no reason for organizations to have different functions when the school feels they should take .99 cents from our dollar. I feel that every organization is entitled to raising there own money and should give a portion to the facility they host their event in, but should not be responsible for being a "unknown" sponsor to their school. In many ways students are taken advantage of by their colleges. And, if the problem is not addressed I feel they seem to think it's okay and nobody has a issue with it. I think that as being personally affected by the financial aid procedure by taking funds from the organization I think it's horrible. And, how can they expect students to take pride in their school and organizations when in some way or another they are being robbed.

Likes this - glad to see that focus is also being placed on men as well. Ladies, please, please, this is a disease that if detected early will prolong our life span. Please perform monthly self exams......we should be our biggest advocate
